All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Sales tax of 15% will be added to all charges.

Rate are based on double occupancy. A charge of $25 for extra persons 16 or older.  No charge for children under 16 years old.

Guests may check-in 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier.

• Atlantic View and Lily Pond cottage are a minimum of 3 nights
• Sea Breeze, Blue Heron, Ocean Mist cottages and the Family Suites are a minimum of 2 nights
• Standard motel rooms are 1 night

Pets are not allowed in the cottages, family suites or motel rooms.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the accommodation is due upon check-in. We accept Master Card, Visa and Interac.

Beginning in 2023, a damage deposit is required for all cottages, family suites and motel rooms.

Refunds (minus $10 fee plus tax) will be given if cancellation is made within the limits below. After this time, deposits are non-refundable.

• Bookings for 1 night may be cancelled with 48-hours' notice (latest at 12 p.m. two days before scheduled arrival).
• Bookings for 2- 6 nights may be cancelled with a 7-day notice.
• Weekly bookings may be cancelled 30-days prior to arrival.
